Throughout your pregnancy we will get to know one another and build our relationship. We’ll set up at least two Home Visits to discuss your thoughts, concerns, wishes and dreams for your baby’s Birth Day, as well as finalize your Preference List.

Regardless of whether you're laboring at a hospital with an epidural or unmedicated at home, I provide emotional and physical support to you and your support team. You get unbiased information, labor position options, and gentle care throughout your labor.
Story Documentation
All doula clients receive 10-20 professionally edited photos of their journey from labor through their golden hour as a new family.
Postpartum Empowerment
About one week after birth, I will visit you at your home to support you in processing your birth story, and offer emotional support and resources as you build confidence and adjust to your new life caring for your baby

I believe high-level birth support should be both exceptional and accessible.
I have partnered with CuraNatal Health to work with select insurance plans, including Kaiser (Northern California), Health Net, Anthem Blue Cross, Western Health Advantage, and other Medi-Cal plans. Many families are able to use their benefits to meaningfully reduce their out-of-pocket investment. If you have coverage, I would be glad to help you understand what is available to you.

With me as your Doulatog, you get all the support and services I offer my doula clients PLUS my high resolution camera. Yes, all my doula clients get a handful of pictures when they hire me as their doula, but with me as your DoulaTog, you get a full beautifully created birth story with 100-150 photos.
